In the late 1990s, Simon helped establish and ran a digital agency, Media Contacts (now part of Havas Media), prior to which he was a founding manager of the BBC’s nascent online proposition, BBC Online. Previously he held senior management roles at Aegis Media (now Dentsu), where he was a founder of their second agency network, Vizeum, and at Havas. Prior to joining MediaCom, Simon established a strategy and innovation consultancy, babytiger. Simon has had a varied career, defined by building high-functioning teams in fast-changing, competitive situations. He currently leads our $1.5bn billing strategic partnership with Mars.
